Holiday and Business Visa

Required documents:

Tourist visas:

• Original passport, valid for at least 6 months
• Completed and signed visa application form
• One recent passport sized photograph
• A letter of invitation which must include details of accommodation in Sierra Leone OR written hotel confirmation
• Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed travel itinerary
• Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds
• Copy of an invitation letter from family or friends in Sierra Leone which must include details of accommodation in Sierra Leone
  OR
  Copy of confirmed hotel reservations issued directly from the hotel
• Pre-paid, self addressed, special delivery envelope

Business visas:

• Original passport, valid for at least 6 months
• Completed and signed visa application form
• One recent passport sized photograph
• A letter of invitation from the business contact in Sierra Leone and must include details of accommodation in Sierra Leone
• Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed travel itinerary
• Copy of a recent bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds
• Copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job
  OR
  If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return
  OR
  If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund
• A letter of invitation from the business contact in Sierra Leone and must include details of accommodation in Sierra Leone which must explain the purpose of the trip, dates of travel and guarantee sufficient funds
• Pre-paid, self addressed, special delivery envelope

What is the validity of the visa Azerbaijan visa?
The validity could be 3, 6 or 12 months from the date of issue depending on the visa type.

What is the allowed period of stay per entry?
The allowed period of stay is 28 days. If longer period is needed the applicant should notify the Immigration Authorities upon arrival.

What is the processing time for the visa?
The processing time is 3 working days, once the application is accepted by the Embassy.
