Azerbaijan Holiday and Business Visa

Documents required for all visa types:
- Completed visa application form
- Original passport, valid for at least three months after the expiry date of the Azerbaijani visa.
- One recent passport sizecolour photograph - taken against white background 3.50mm x 4.50mm. Please do not use stapler when attaching the photograph to the application.
- Holders of EU member state and EEA (European Economic Area) passports that are resident in UK, Ireland, Iceland, Denmark must provide a good quality copy of at least two of the following documents to prove their residency:
Recent utility bill
Recent bank statement
Recent credit card statement
Mobile phone bill / contract
Letter from the NHS
- Pre-paid Royal Mail, self-addressed special delivery envelope. For applicants outside of the UK – additional £10 for postage
Additional documents, depending on the visa type:
- Tourist (Ordinary) Visa - Letter of Invitation - Tourist invitations should be on the letterhead of the host company / organization / hotel in Azerbaijan and signed by an authorised individual.
- Tourist (With Special Tourist Voucher) Visa - Letter of Invitation - Tourist voucher, and a letter from travel agency issuing tourist voucher, on their letterhead and signed by an authorised individual Check sample tourist with tourist voucher letter of invitation
- Private Visa - Invitation from an Azerbaijani citizen - Required for a Private visa. Must be accompanied by a photocopy of his/her passport (pages 2-5) or national identification card (both sides).Check sample private letter of invitation.
- Business Visa - Invitation from Azerbaijani Company, Invitation from foreign company based in Azerbaijan on the letterhead of the host company/organisation in Azerbaijan and signed by an authorised individual. Check sample business letter of invitation.

How long is the visa valid for? The visa is valid for 3 months or 1 year (only for business purposes)
What is the allowed period of stay per entry? Maximum stay of 90 days for single and double entry visas and 365 days for multiple entry visa.
