Chinese Business Visa

Chinese Business Visas are issued to individuals who are invited* to China to conduct business. The visa can also be used for short courses, internships, short term studies and cultural exchange for up to six months.

Eligible applicants can choose from three Chinese Business Visa options:
  • Single Entry Chinese Business Visa – The single entry visa for China is valid for 3 to 6 months. This means you need to enter China within 90 or 180 days from the date of approval. Once in the country, you can remain for up to 30 days. If it is your intent to enter the country and fulfill a certain set of tasks and you only need to remain in China for a short period of time, then the short term business visa would be your best choice.
  • Double Entry Chinese Business Visa – The double entry visa for China allows you to enter the country on two occasions. As with the Single Entry visa, you have 3 to 6 months to activate the visa. If you fail to take advantage of your Chinese Business Visa in that timeframe, the visa automatically expires. In order to enter the country on this visa, you need to provide proof of 2 entries. For example, a pair of 2-way tickets.
  • Mutiple Entry Chinese Business Visa – The multiple entry visa for China is perfect for investors. By providing proof of current investment in China, or other proof of collaboration, you will be issued a Chinese Business Visa, valid for 24 months.

Your visa will be issued in 5 to 10 business days, after you submit a valid application form. UK citizens can also have their visa issued in 3 days, by using our Express Visa Processing service.

*Please note that a valid invitation is required. The Chinese Visa invitation can be an Invitation Letter on letter-headed paper from an authorised Chinese Government Department or Government-authorised company.
